Sai Baba on Meditation had said that He is formless eternal and sat chit anand. The consciousness and bliss. To know and feel Sai Baba as formless consciousness and bliss is called mediation.
If we cannot achieve that we can start with meditating on His human form or picture or idol. By doing this the desires and the running of mind starts ceasing and the mind start dwelling on Baba's from and then Sai Baba's formless nature of consciousness and bliss is felt as the result of Sai Baba's grace.
One must give all the desires and all the agony and disturbances of heart and pain that arises out of the desires. Slowly the desires lose the power and Baba's grace and love starts getting hold on the heart and the mind.
